In a fast-paced world, rest isn't a luxury - it's essential. Our restorative yoga + massage classes offer a deeply calming experience that blends supported floor postures with hands-on massage to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and help you fully unwind.
Our restorative yoga massage is very different from most yoga styles - no challenging poses to hold, no flexibility required, no flowing sequences. You'll spend the entire session comfortably supported on the floor using bolsters, blankets, and props. With gentle guidance and breath awareness, we create a space where your body can soften, your mind can settle, and you can reconnect with yourself - just as you are.
Each session begins with settling into your first supported position on the floor and ends with gently returning to standing. In between, you'll be guided through a series of deeply restful poses while receiving soothing massage work - all you need to do is breathe and allow yourself to be cared for.
Please note: You'll need to be able to get down to and up from the floor 1x (modifications available).
