With the use of props, gentle guidance, and breath awareness, we create a space where your body can soften, your mind can settle, and you can reconnect with yourself - just as you are. Perfect for anyone who can get to the floor (modifications available), this class is ideal for stress relief, burnout recovery, or simply treating yourself to something deeply nurturing.
